Eltrong's
Professional Services consultants have participated in many
enterprise-wide projects that have given our customers a new momentum
in their businesses.
Idaho
Department of Health and Welfare
Idaho Department of Health and Welfare provides
many medical services for citizens. Many of the systems were developed
a long time ago, some of them based on a mainframe platform. Eltrong
participated (and participates currently) in bringing these systems to
the Internet, allowing greater service to Idaho residents. The business
scope of the projects covers Medicaid Web Access for Providers,
Enterprise Nervous Systems infrastructure and architecture, Health
Alert Network, Child Support Payment Information, and others. The
systems are based on J2EE and .NET technologies utilizing latest
releases of BEA WebLogic and Tuxedo, webMethods, Neon Shadow, and other
tools, and include integration with large legacy applications.
Eltrong consultants are responsible for overall
system architecture and all services from analysis and design through
development and implementation, which are already held in high respect
with the Department's management.
Arizona
State Procurement Office
Arizona State Procurement Office found that its
manual procurement process was not operating smoothly. Vendors were
becoming frustrated by delays in proposals/bids evaluation, while
procurement officers were overloaded due to the amount of work required
by procurement laws and regulations. Agency realized that it needed to
improve the service level, offered to its officers and vendor
community, and to increase the productivity of its system.
Our consultants designed and managed Phase 1 of the
Web based e-Procurement system for Arizona State Procurement Office.
The scope of the Formal Solicitation Process, implemented in the
system, included all activities undertaken by the State and its vendors
in conceiving, creating, bidding, and awarding major statewide
contracts for products and services. The system is a large scale
document flow application based on J2EE, Lotus Domino, Oracle, and Sun
Solaris, and could handle the processes associated with all state
contracts, which would put the State of Arizona forward to
e-Procurement and new business opportunities.
Purchasing
Productivity Systems
Purchasing Productivity Systems was one of the few
manufacture suppliers for airspace machine parts industry that came up
with the idea of combining the industry's suppliers and consumers in
one electronic marketplace.
Our consultants were chosen to develop the complete
electronic channel, enabling Purchasing Productivity Systems' customers
to search in real time over the Internet for sellers using hierarchical
criteria, place purchase orders and request quotes. It further allowed
sellers and buyers to negotiate online around purchase order parameters.
The system was built on open-source products based
on J2EE, XML, Apache, Sybase SQL Server, and Linux. It allowed our
client to raise business dramatically and attract many large companies.
